Start yout vegan culinay journey with our vegan local guide, where you will be able to explore Barcelona's culture through its gourmet vegan cuisine and historical neighborhoods.

Throughout the 3 hour tour you cover 3 of Barcelona's most prominent neighborhoods: El Raval, El Gothic and El Born (Old city). Each neighborhood has profound architectural and historical significance in ways that are both connected yet exclusive from one another.

You generally avoid main tourist attractions in favor of lesser known, more "local" spots. As you roam the streets of Barcelona you will be guided by our friendly and vegan local tour guide, who will happily provide you with fun facts and insight about the city.

However, despite Barcelona's brilliant architecture and history it's the city's notorious gastronomy that we focus on. You will visit 4 of Barcelona's finest plant-based restaurants, each stop offering you a variety of unique dishes, tapas and desserts exclusive to the Mediterranean diet and Catalonia. You might be asking yourself and yes, every meal and drink is included in the price and you will leave the tour happily full.

At the end of the tour, our guide will offer you recommendations to enjoy the rest of your stay. These recommendations include restaurants, sights (not the obvious ones) and activities that we believe will make your trip even more memorable.

A nice introduction to the city. We arrived blear-eyed from an all night flight and were pleased to be met by such a pleasant, well-informed guide who took us under her wing and led us to some lovely food.

My wife and I had a great time. I highly recommend this to anybody that has an afternoon to spare. It was only about 3 hours long but was a very enjoyable experience. There was a lot more food than I was expecting, all of it was delicious.

A must, if you enjoy sampling food and culture. The tour felt cozy, overall great vibe and never ending food. Our guide Olga was amazing, very friendly and well mannered. All of the food was delicious, the last restaurant in particular was our favorite and it was nice to experience such a wide variety of tapas in 3 hours. On a side note the wine was also incredible.

The best way to start your visit! We were a small group on this tour, Olga took her time and answered everyone's questions - the food was INCREDIBLE and the restaurants were unique, off the beaten path, and delicious! This was definitely one of the highlights of our short stay in Barcelona!

The highlight of our trip! We almost didn't do this tour. It was our last day in Barcelona and really had no plans so we decided to look around the internet for activities when we were recommended this tour. Best decision we made in Barcelona haha. Tapas are definitely the way to go and it was nice to mix things up. Different atmospheres in each stop with unique dishes that held strongly to its Catalan roots. We loved it!

A pleasant surprise! We didn't really know what to expect at first because we had never tried a vegan food tour and none of us were actually vegan. It ended up surpassing all of our expectations. The tapas were varied and packed with different flavors and the wine was excellent. I would highly recommend this to anybody that has 3 hours to spare.

Amazing way to enjoy the sights and taste of Barcelona. I have never experienced the vegan food scene in Barcelona but was totally blown away by the variety and quality of the food on offer. We have done several food tours throughout Europe and Asia and this was definitely one of the best.. if not THE best tour we've been on so far. Olga, our guide was extremely friendly, the food was delicious, the wine was incredible and the city of Barcelona is absolutely beautiful! Highly recommend!
