Your full-day tour of Da Nang starts when you exit the ship and meet up with a friendly local guide and driver at a designated meeting point. Take off for the city’s most popular destinations and explore the Rooster Catholic Church, Sculpture Cham museum (where you can see artifacts of the Cham culture) and the Marble Mountains. Don’t miss the ancient caves, grottoes and pagodas of the mountains and explore the Huyen Khong cave, an important part of the war and great opportunity to take pictures.

Shop for handicrafts at a stone factory and the local Han Market and then wander around South China Sea, XQ embroidery and Red Beach. At the Linh Ung pagoda, admire the 69-meter tall Goddess of Mercy, a notable Buddha statue. Visit the famous Dragon Bridge, which overlooks the ocean to the east, and explore the Tho Quang Fishing Village.

This excursion offers the perfect opportunity to see the best of Da Nang and still make it back to the ship in time. Our guides will ensure you make it back to port in time and, in the unlikely event that your ship has departed, will arrange transportation to the next port-of-call. Marble Mountain was interesting and beautiful, loved the stone factory and all the statues. I wanted them all for my home but settled on a small figurine for my shelf. Lunch at The Blue Whale was okay, we had to add to our pre orfpdered menu to be satisfied and had to pay extra. I liked the Museum, the local market had such fascinating items. We added a stop for a foot massage that was fantastic. Our driver and guide were excellent. Great value.

A great tour and as advertised the car was a brand new 4x4 the driver was very good. However the tour guide made the tour so good as he spoke very good English and made sure we got to see the real Da Nang. Lunch was included and was at an amazing setting at a restaurant on the beach and the food was typical food from the area and of a very high standard. My only negative point would have been that the itinerary did not state the pickup time and as the ship docked at 07:00 we were not sure what time to be off the ship. It turned out that they had been waiting there since 07:00 when we got off the ship at 08:30. We would definitely recommend this tour if you only have one day to see the city.

The guide.had very.good.English. he explained several aspect s of life in Viet man which was very interesting. He was patient with. US and waited foe US. We drove by an oyster farm and stopped to.let us take pictures. It was very nice trip
