We have different itineraries from which you can choose the one that suits your needs best. Our Fes cooking class offers a complete Moroccan cooking experience as we not only teach you how to cook but we make sure that you learn how to get fresh and best quality groceries before we get on with the cooking, for the quality and freshness of each of the ingredients contributes in a major way to the status of the final dish. Straight after you choose your itinerary, your teacher is going to brief you about the dishes and ingredients, from that point the teacher will act as a group leader and divide missions between members. After learning about the ingredients, we’ll go get the groceries needed from an open-air-market in the Medina and immerse ourselves in the traditions of Morocco’s cuisine. Heading back to our kitchen, we’ll clean and prepare the necessary amount of ingredients before starting to cook. After that your dishes are ready, you will get to enjoy your delicious meal and take all that knowledge with you back home, expanding your field of knowledge in food and providing you with a little more variety to your meals.
