The tour felt a little but rushed as there was so much to see, covering the Bapistery, the Duomo and the Museum. But it's a good introduction to the 3 sites and the 72-hour ticket gives you plenty of time to go back and do some more detailed study. One point to consider. The guide's accent was very strong and it was sometimes difficult to understand her. Some of the other people taking the tour were not native English speakers and they struggled a bit.
