Stop At: Chandragiri Hills, Thankot, Kathmandu 44619 Nepal

Itinerary

10:00 AM: The tour guide will pick you up from the hotel and transfer to the Chandragiri Cable Car station (approx. 45 minutes drive).

11:15 AM: Cable Car Service starts at 10 am in the morning. Take a cable car ride that takes you to the Chandragiri hill top. On the way enjoy lush greenery and valley view. Once you will reach to the top, you will have a spectacular views of Snow capped mountains like: Ganesh Himal, Mt. Manasalu, Langtang Ranges, Dorge Lakpa and many more towards the east corner. Also the view of Makawanpur district on the other side of the hilltop. Enjoy lunch at Chandragiri.

5:00 PM: Ride down to cable car station and drive back to hotel.

A current valid passport is required on the day of travel

Cable car would be operating from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm on weekdays, and 7:00 am to 6:00 pm on weekends and public holidays.
Wheelchair passengers can also travel on the cable car. The cable car operators will assist wheelchair-bound passengers in boarding cable cars.
Any person aged 11 or below must be accompanied by an adult passenger.
A maximum of 8 passengers can be accommodated; children aged below 3 years old also counts as one person.
Children below 3 feet can travel free of charge.
Infants must sit on laps
