rate is on higher side w.r.t klook but ticket availability is fine in last moment plan. also driver is very good means knowledge level is fine and very co -operative
David was a very friendly and knowledgeable tour guide. The Batu Caves are beautiful and fascinating, and I learned a lot more from David than I would have if I had visited alone. Highly recommended tour and tour guide!
This was exactly what we expected. We had limited time (half day before flight to Singapore) and Batu Caves was the last item on our must see list while in KL. I think that it was worth spending money - travelling in private we have saved a lot of time, have seen what we wanted to see and were guided by professional driver / guide who really shared with us his knowledge about the place and gave us enough time to explore on our own pace. We have seen Batu Caves, batik factory, Royal Selangor pottery and a Chinese temple at the very end. We have also been given advice about one of the best Chinese restaurants on our way home so that we had a great lunch before departing KUL. Special thanks to the very professional guide and to the organizer - we had 3 trips with the same provider and I must say that two of them were really excellent.
We were picked up on time. The tour guide and driver were polite and showed good customer service. Overall a good experience.
Great tour experience,Batu caves are amazing, toured with a great group of people ,and the tour was very well organised, tour guide was very informative and so friendly
Good overall. Pesky monkeys, athough cute and all they can be rather annoying, pee and crap everywhere on the stairs and hand rails. The cave is surprisingly large but little disappointed with how the space has been utilized within. There could be much more to the story.
You book Batu Caves and also get 2 shops to stop at enroute which is annoying but think most tour companies will do the same. The easier way to do this tour is via the hop on hop off which will go out there 2 times a day and give you enough time to climb the caves without the shops plus cheaper
Thoroughly enjoyed this 1/2 day tour and would definitely recommend to others. The highlight was definitely the visit to the Batu Caves.
This served more as a form of transportation than as a tour.
Good: they contacted us beforehand and driver was waiting us in the hotel on time. He told a few things about the buildings on the way and was open to answer questions. Bad: we were dropped at Batu Caves to discover the place on our own - this is not a guided tour, rather just a transfer to and back : Also we had to wait about an hour for fellow travelers, not their fault, but should be prepared for these situations - our driver did not have their mobile number to reach them and by the time he managed to get some directions from the office an hour passed and they appeared. Quite annoying if you have 2 days only in KL with two kids...
Your bus picked me up at my hotel despite last minute booking, the guide was friendly and helpful and bus air conditioned. When we made it to Batu caves we were given time to explore on our own.
Great tour, picked up from our hotel taken to the caves and you have plenty of time to wonder yourself, would be nice to have a guide inside to explain a few things but I don’t think that’s what they do here. But still enjoyed it all the same. We visited a Nice textile shop afterwards too.
