Radius Tours were very professional and guide Scott was excellent and very knowledgeable. Would recommend .
Relaxing walk through the town. Tour guide was pleasant and the pick up location was easy to find. The guide did speak more about Hitler than the Third Reich but overall good information.
Very good tour leader with significant subject matter expertise. Great selection of sites on the visit.
An interesting tour with a fair amount of walking. But given most sites were destroyed in WW2, you really have to rely a lot on your imagination.
Highly recommend this tour. Josh was a wonderful and passionate guide. Learned a lot about the rise of Hitler and the Third Reich in Munich.
Informative and insightful tour - walking tour not too demanding and so much information that any amount of reading would not provide. Many thanks to Hein our excellent tour guide.
Dan was very good guide. All stories were interesting and full of new historical information I have’nt heard before.
Very informative tour, the guide was well informed and knowledgable of the information he was providing.
Our guide, Mark, was extremely knowledgeable on the subject matter. He is qualified to give a university level 2 3/4 hour comprehensive history lecture on the subject. Unfortunately, that’s essentially this tour. Half the tour was standing around listening to long talks at 3 locations, only one of which was where a relevant historical event occurred. Even then, you just stood outside and did not get to see the site. A few relevant historical sites were either walked by or given only cursory mention. The tour seemed to emphasize how Munich is apologizing for its past and strayed from how the tour is advertised online. The tour time would have been better spent seeing more relevant sites and hitting the highlights in the talks instead of trying to give a comprehensive period lecture.
Jeff is a great guide who is very knowledgeable and personable. I highly recommend his tours. I was on a tour with him for this tour and Neuschwanstein. Both were equally informative and fun.
This tour is worth the money. Our guide was informative and extremely knowledgeable. He even had a book of old photos that he used to give us a visual of the people and locations. We walked at a steady but easy pace. He always waited for the group to gather around him before he started his commentary. My only negative comment is I wished he could have given us or emailed us a location description for each of our stops. I have great pictures but darn if I can remember half of what he said about each stop. I understand that he may not want to give out this information to just anyone, but it sure would be helpful when I got back home.
This was a highly interesting and excellent, in every respect, tour. Our guide, Steve’s, knowledge of this subject is second to none, and I would highly recommend anyone with any interest in this period of history to take this tour.
The tour was very informative and we saw lots of the sites related to the rise of Hitler. This is a walking tour so if you have problems walking you should think twice about booking this tour... my Mom who was 70 had a bit of a hard time keeping up...
I would recommend this tour if you have any interest in history and how events in our past are played out in the streets of our cities and people's lives. Mark our guide was very informative and has an obvious personal interest in the subject which came across in his thoughtful content and delivery. He was an excellent guide.
The tour was excellent and our guide Steve was extremely knowledgeable. It was quite interesting to hear facts that were not in the history books. Our only recommendation which we told the tour company was to book the tours with fewer people. We went out with about 24 people and it was very hard to huddle up and hear Steve on busy city streets. We recommend 15 or few people to each tour.
