Tom did a really good tour . Kept us informed of the things to and see. at each stop. Pick-up was on time. we had a very great day seeing both US and Canadian Falls

Nancy was our tour guide and did a really nice job, especially maneuvering around SIX coaches in line to go through the crossing to the US side. Appreciated the many different views of the falls, featured by the Maid of the Mist voyage. Unfortunately we ran into a packed food court with several buses getting there before us.

I went with my family on a tour across the waterfall. It was great experience. Waterfalls are fascinating, but also our guide Jay made this day special. He was very interesting and funny. He is very knowledgeable about history of waterfalls and the people who are important to this place He made this trip memorable. Thank you Jay.

Very efficient tour took us to all the sites. It was longer than we expected but they did give us time to eat lunch and shop. Excellent driver and tour guide names Neva the Diva. She went out of her way to accommodate my handicap husband. We were able to enjoy all the sites thanks to her pulling the van close to site. Wish they had provided water on the bus. Very hot.

This was an amazing tour would recommend to friends and family members this your. Our guide tour Dana was excellent and lots of fun.

Our guide was fabulous: Neva Diva. Funny, knowledgeable, caring, energetic, organized and sweet. We saw and experienced the Falls from every possible site. It was a day full of fun and adventure. The beautiful parks, floral clock, American side, fun restaurant, you name it, we saw it. What a great way to spend the day. I highly recommend this tour.

Paul our tour guide was prompt and loaded with history about everywhere we visited.. included both American and Canadian falls, power plants, botanical history and all around great stories. The view from Skylon tower, which was last stop was breathtaking.

Neva the Diva was an excellent tour guide. She looked after my mother who is 87 years old and greatly enjoyed the trip along with myself, my husband and my daughter.

Tour Bus Driver, Tom was knowledgeable and friendly. Was able to provide fun facts about the area. Makes me want to do more exploring of the area.

This tour was a great overview of both the American and Canadian sides of the falls. Our Tour Director Diva was awesome and had many stories to share during the entire trip! Would do this tour again!

Was excellent and Neva was very helpful and efficient . In spite the fact that some unconsidered people were late, Neva managed to keep the tour on time and also maintained a very good sense of humour. She could not get hold of your offices so I had to lend her my cellphone. You guys should make sure to provide your employees with the proper tools so they could do their jobs.

Paul was so much fun to have as a tour guide, his sense of humor, knowledge, stories he told, and everything else. I enjoyed talking with him a few times, I loved hearing about everything he had to say. The tour was exciting, very interesting, and a great experience, all made better by Paul. We are so glad we did this tour.

We enjoyed the tour and boat ride very much. RANDY our guide was courteous at all times and very knowledgeable of the area and its history.

Our tour guide Tom picked us up promptly at the designated location. He was very friendly and went out of his way to.make sure everyone was happy and was having a good time. He was also very knowledgeable about Niagra Falls history. Our family throughly enjoyed the tour and would recommend this to everyone!

Team Nick had no problems guiding 32 people all on his own. He give clear instructions so we don’t get lost or become late.

We were picked up on time and spent a great day touring the falls region. Our awesome guide, Jarius, gave us all kinds of interesting information and bringing us to numerous viewing spots, each one better than the next. Much better than riding around yourself!

We rode "The Hornblower" for the boat ride into the falls and it was fantastic. The guide, Dayna, was great, her humor and knowledge made the tour the best experience we could have asked for and would recommend her and your company to anyone interested in a trip to Niagara Falls.

Great experience. Wonderful tour guide. I can't remember his name right now but we keep him in our heart because he showed us the beauty of Niagara Falls and areas around. My husband and I enjoyed it to the Moon. We couldn't do the boat but next time we will.

The boat ride was amazing. It is an absolute must to do if you visit the falls. Amazing view up close. Our tour guide Tom was great and very informative

This tour is VERY misleading. Let me begin by saying once you are picked up you are taken to the American side for your tour. What this entails is sitting in your van for 2 hours waiting to go through customs. You cannot get off the bus, period. (well except the driver!) We had 2 women who had to use the restroom badly and were told NO. Then once we got to customs and to the bathroom our driver stuck his head into the WOMENS restroom and told all of us we had to go NOW! There was an older lady on our van and she was the last to get back on the bus and our driver pulled out without her even being in her seat. The tour guide was one of the worst I have ever had. We ended up going on the boat ride, but we walked back into Canada and did the rest of our tour on our own.

She made the tour extremely interesting with her personal knowledge of the history, folklore and current culture

My wife and I had a fantastic time. Our tour guide spent a lot of quality time with us and gave a wonderful history of the area. We highly recommend it.

This was a really enjoyable day as part of a "getaway weekend" for my birthday. Super guide Josh picked us up promptly at our hotel, and we saw and experienced the falls in every way imaginable. Nice, manageable group of 12 in a small bus; Josh knew every shortcut, best places to park, stop for a break, etc. It's clear they have been doing this tour for a while! It would have taken us two days to do all we did on our own. Definitely worth the price!

We stayed at the tower hotel. staff was very nice and rooms were clean. the view from our room was awesome. Food around the area we way over priced for what you get.

We had an awesome time on this tour. The weather was unbelievably warm for October and we were fine with this considering the boat ride and the possibility of getting wet while viewing the falls. We were provided with ponchos that kept all dry. The land tour was equally awesome. This area of Canada is very beautiful. Big shout out to our tour guide Dayna. She was so knowledgeable and friendly! I would highly recommend this tour!

The tour was wonderful except for the hour long wait at the border coming and going. It was not viator's fault! The voice made sure to complete the entire tour. Tom was an excellent guide.
