We purchased the 2 day hop on-hop off plus 3 attractions tickets. BEWARE!! If, like us, you choose Muir Woods as one of your attractions, they will inform you when you pick up your tickets, that you MUST choose Sausalito Tour as one of your other choices. That will leave you with only one other attraction. This is not mentioned on the website, and was quite disappointing, given the price of the tickets and the fact that it was falsely advertised as including 3 attractions. You might shop elsewhere if you're interested in Muir Woods. Also, note that while this service offers numerous stops, it feels very inefficient. You won't be able to see as much as you'd think.

Unless you are getting this for 3 attractions, save your money and take the Big Bus Hop -on Hop-Off package or use Uber/Lyft. Mega Pass buses run so infrequently as to be useless and only follow a single route around the SF area which seldom if ever will coincide with your sightseeing plans. My wife and I were unable to take advantage of a single bus during our three day stay and in fact only saw one bus during our entire time in SF. A total waste of our On the other hand, we saw dozens of the Big Bus everywhere we went and could have easily gotten around to see everything we wanted using the Big Bus 2-3 day pass. Highly recommend taking the Alcatraz/CityTour first as that gives first timers an excellent 2-3 hour tour and overview of all of the SF districts and allows you to plan how/where you want to spend the rest of your time in SF.

The trip was great until the very end. We paid for an airport shuttle as one of our add on choices. When the shuttle arrived, we had to pay again because we were not given a voucher for the shuttle. My review would be amended to reflect the totality of the trip if this issue is resolved, but so far, no such luck. The tour guides were very good, especially Matt.
