Per avere favolose opportunità di fotografie faremo una sosta presso il punto di osservazione Karon e presso alcune attrazioni culturali come il "Wat Chalong", il tempio buddista sacro.

La città di Phuket offre un'interessante combinazione di architettura, compresa quella sino-portoghese. Questa cittadina ha fatto da sfondo a molti film western per la sua somiglianza all'Indocina.

there is not all that much to see in Phuket, apart from the beaches. The one large temple was included but the Big Buddha was not - it should have been. However, the guide was very good, very informative about current matters and therefore the 4 hours were well spent. We did not go to the jewellry place - no interest.

It was great. We had an amazing guid who showed us beautiful places to take pictures and advised us where we can buy not expensive souveniers.

We enjoyed seeing sights we had not previously seen. The "English speaking" guide was less than that, and talked too much. Which is the reason we prefer English speaking drivers to "Guides". He did not know of the Jim Thompson stores which I wanted to visit, I have to rate this service a 3. S. Erikson
