Corso di creazione
Un maestro artigiano veneziano spiegherà l'antica tecnica di produzione di una maschera veneziana in cartapesta fornendo informazioni sull'utilizzo delle maschere veneziane negli ultimi secoli. Alla fine del corso, potrai tenere la maschera come souvenir speciale da portare a casa.
Per le lezioni di creazione delle maschere, dovrai tornare al laboratorio qualche ora dopo la lezione per ritirare la maschera, poiché avrà bisogno di tempo per asciugare. La maschera creata non sarà decorata.
Lezione di decorazione
Un maestro artigiano veneziano sarà il tuo decoratore esperto che ti insegnerà a dipingere e a decorare la tua maschera, fornendo informazioni sull'uso delle maschere veneziane negli ultimi secoli. Potrai scegliere una maschera da decorare durante il corso e alla fine tenere la maschera come souvenir speciale da portare a casa.
Corso di creazione più decorazione
La maschera ha bisogno di 6 ore per asciugare, pertanto è necessario prenotare il corso di decorazione 6 ore dopo quello di creazione.

Our family of 5 (3 kids aged 11, 8 and 6) loved the mask making experience. The workshop area is small and busy but we all managed to make our own unique masks under a fun and relatively relaxed setting. Watching the master decorate and transform our masks into the final product was a real treat. Thank you for the uniquely Venetian experience.

We got a little lost finding the shop but once we were there, Nico made us feel right at home. We were able to pick our mask and paint the base layers, then Nico finished off the decorations. They almost look professional! It was a great experience and we loved talking about the art of mask making. Highly recommend this class!!

To our surprise, the mask decorating class was one of the highlights of our trip to Venice. It was wonderful meeting Giorgio and his son who helped us craft beautiful Venetian masks. We felt extra lucky as we had some extra time to work on our masks which Giorgio kindly accommodated us. The results were spectacular and we would recommend this activity to anyone who wants a unique take-a-way from their time in Venice.

This was so much fun! The insights and explanations that we got plus the tips on how to make our masks better were great. We all chose to do the glitter at the end and it was worth it. We lived the mask painted no class. Giorgio was very attentive and helpful, and did a masterly job finishing our masks.

This was lots of fun! You get to choose your mask we elected to just paint pre-prepared masks, not make our own as that is a two day process - and paint it any way you want. They assist with making adding some wow factor once you've gotten it painted. Takes about an hour to an hour and half - then about another 1/2 hour to dry before you can pick it up. Shop and business is family owned - really friendly and gave clear direction and assistance.

This was a most unique and entertaining way to spend time in Venice. Nico was quite informative and helpful in the creation and completion of our masks. We were very pleased with our completed masks. The atmosphere was so old world which added to our experience. It was amazing!
