Not bad but not that exciting either. Tour was made boring having to have 2 languages spoken all day! Tour guide was constantly talking! Ferry ride and cable car were both a nice touch for travellers....had the best Beef Goulash Soup @ the restaurant up the top of cable car! Would have loved more time at the top for a good walk around rather than the building after boring building update from guide. Some of those didn’t warrant a mention. More time needed on the positives and this tour could be so much better

Due to a delay at the airport, we missed this tour. Instead we did a tour without the cable car ride and enjoyed it. Three members of our group had never been to Zurich previously and liked the tour.

Great way to see Zurich and learn the history! Beautiful sights. Not big on tours. Definitely worth it. Although some other people on tour made it difficult for us to stay on time.

We were asked to meet the tour in a bus car park near the central train station. It is quite a walk from the station so allow extra 10min. The car park was poorly organised and people and buses were everywhere, so take care and keep an eye on children. The tour itself was fine. It included a drive around the main city, a walking tour of the old town, a ferry ride and a cable car. The ferry ride was a highlight for me and it is very novel as the bus drives onto the ferry. The cable car was good, but it was a hot day so it was warm in the car. The guide was ok and her English was fine. She gave out some useful information but unfortunately was unable to answer many of our more detailed questions. Take care to meet the bus at the designated time as on our tour four people did not and were left behind at the cable car.

The tour ia a good opportunity to kinow the higjlights of Zurich, with ferry and cable car ride experience, during a short stay in Zurich. The tour guide is very good. It is a good thing that we did our own tour of the Old Town the day before since the time allotted for the Old Town in the tour is very limited.. We enjoyed the tour and worth the price we paid.

This tour was a perfect way to spend an afternoon experiencing Zurich and its surroundings. Granted our tour was adjusted due to the Spring Festival's closure of streets in the Old Town, but in 4 1/2 hours, we were in the coach, a cograil train to an overlook, a ferry across to a cablecar that took us to Felsenegg's overlook and a charming restaurant for hot chocolate and apple strudel. The unexpected views of the countryside were green and peaceful with roaming cows and goats...just like the picture postcards.

I had higher expectations for the tour. Bus part of the tour was a quick ride through the city to get to the Ferry. Ferry ride across the lake was brief. The cable Car ride was the best part. Good view at the top. I didn't feel that the guide for the tour was very professional. He seemed to have a basic script of the tour info. Did not seem particularly receptive to answering questions from people. At first on the bus we couldn't hear what he was saying. People complained about that, then finally the driver pointed out to everyone that there was a button at each seat to activate the speaker. At the end of the tour the tour guide made a point of putting out a tip box and that we should leave a tip. This experience did not give me a good impression of Viator tours.

Lot of great sites that we stopped at. It was hot when we were there. The cable car was overcrowded and very hot. At the top you had to walk down and up on steep gravel incline. Get your drink and food and return. Cooler weather would have helped.

This is a very worth tour. Once you get to falsenegg you will see how beautiful zurich is. The guide was so helpful. My friend left her jacket up in the mountain. She was able to get it the following day thru the help of the guide :)

Good tour of the sights of Zurich and the trip to the top of Felsenegg was good. Delicious food at the restaurant at the top.
